These terms explain how Book Rise Media works with clients. By using our services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Our Services

We provide publishing and marketing services. Services include writing, editing, publishing setup, marketing campaigns, and lead generation. Each project has specific deliverables agreed upon before work starts.

Payment Terms

We accept credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers. Payment is due when you receive the invoice. We use a secure payment processor to handle all transactions. We do not store your credit card information. All prices are in US dollars.

For Service Projects

Payment is required before we start work. We send an invoice with project details. Payment is due within 5 business days of the invoice date.

For Monthly Services

Payment is due on the first of each month. You will receive an invoice by email. Services continue when payment is received on time.

Refunds

Refund requests follow our Refund Policy. Contact us before filing any disputes with your bank. See our full Refund Policy page for details.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate project information
  • Respond to questions within 3 business days
  • Review drafts and provide clear feedback
  • Make payments on time
  • Own rights to any content you provide to us

Our Responsibilities

  • Deliver work as described in your project plan
  • Meet agreed deadlines
  • Communicate clearly about project status
  • Protect your confidential information
  • Provide revisions as agreed in your contract

Intellectual Property

You own the final work we create for you. You own all content you provide to us. We own our processes, templates, and methods. You can use the final work for your business purposes.

Cancellation

You can cancel a project before work starts. Refunds for cancelled projects follow our Refund Policy. We may cancel if payment is not received on time. Either party can end monthly services with 30 days written notice.

Limitation of Liability

We provide services with reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for problems with third party platforms like Amazon or social media sites. We are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the specific project.

Disputes

If there is a problem, contact us first at info@bookrisemedia.com. We will work to resolve issues fairly and quickly. Disputes are governed by Wyoming law. Serious disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Wyoming.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify active clients of major changes by email. Your continued use of our services means you accept any changes.
